2.1 INTRODUCTION TO COMPANY
Established in 2008, Alam Sinergi Teknik Sdn Bhd began as Sole Distributor for telecommunication test
equipment products from Sunrise Telcom Inc USA a reputable telecommunication test equipment
provider in the world.
Alam Sinergi Teknik which is 100% owned by Bumiputera based in
Shah Alam Selangor has developed into delivering powerful
products, IT services and management solutions to small, medium sized company
and big corporation. Being a dominant ICT solution company, AST provides a full
suite of offering including IT services, IT hardware, Application Development,
Support Services and Consulting.
As Alam Sinergi Teknik grew we began to experience an exponential growth in
business complexity. At that point, we built Alam Sinergi teknik to help
significantly streamline and automate our work and maintain our high customers
satisfaction level. Alam Sinergi Teknik quickly exceeded industry standard and helped us
significantly increase profitibilty.
At present Alam Sinergi Teknik has successfully ventured into Mechanical &
Electrical work, expand the company into Educational Lab Equipment sector
carrying K&H products from Taiwan and acquire several agencies such as authorised
distributor for Time Synchronisation products from Time & Frequency UK and Brandywine
Communication from USA.

We also has been appointed as Authorised Apple
reseller for education and enterprise. In soft skills training we are the local agent for Australian
Institute of Transfer Technology from Perth Australia.
