Throughout the entire 20 weeks, I realized industrial training is very important for students to enhance their knowledge in both theoretical and practical. We are moving forward to Industry 4.0 so it is very important for every graduates to be more competence.
Critical and Analytical thinking is very important. To formulate a good solution for problems and difficulties, analyzing the problem is required. I believe observation is the most crucial thing in finding the root of the problem encountered. The problems can be solved by brainstorming the causes and how to overcome it within a certain time. Getting help of other teammates or superior is essential too as it can expand the choices of decisions. Indirectly this will also helps in improving and strengthen the communication skills with people surroundings.
Besides, when the I received criticism and advices from other senior staffs or from another internship students when any mistakes are made, it will be a source of guidance to help me in realizing my mistakes and improve myself to be better in future.
Participating in this industrial training program also helps to sharpen an individual skills. I had many opportunities to apply my knowledges while carrying out the tasks given by the superior. To sum up, the activities I did during my internship will be a great help for me to face any challenges in future working life.
