Week 1 & Week 2
During the first week of internship in Alam Sinergi Teknik, all internship students were introduced to all the staffs in the office. Each of them were assigned to different scope of works. Next, each staff explained briefly what are their working scope. The workflow of purchasing items and creating files for documentation are then exposed to the interns.
On the second week here, informations collectives on certain electronic devices in order to fill the tender document are done. There are several tender the company participated in, mostly tender from UITM and MARA. The reseller of certain softwares was contacted in order to inquire the price of each softwares. During second week here, intern student was assigned to go to UITM Rembau to install a total of 41 units of iMac and AVR in the multimedia room. We used Kensington Lock to ensure the safety of iMac in the room.

Week 3 & Week 4
On week 3, internship student was asked to complete the specification document for tender KKTM Lenggong. A brochure for each items offered by the company needs to be attached together in the tender. Most brochures are obtained through the reseller and some are obtained through the official websites of the items. During week 4, the process of preparing the brochure and completing the tender document were still going on. Also, all internship students were asked together to brainstorm on finding a solution to make inventory check easy. As a result, internship students came out with the usage of barcode scanner and Excel. It makes the work of tagging iPad for each students easy and precise.
Week 5 & Week 6
The technical senior taught the internship student to troubleshoot the printing machine. It has problem in printing the paper and kept showing "Paper Jam". It turns out that the film in the printing machine has torn out and need to be replaced. Next, the inventory check using a barcode scanner and excel were tested out. It turns out right and it has been applied in completing the task given. On week 6, we have travelled to Sekolah Tuanku Abdul Rahman in Ipoh for re-installing the Ethernet LAN Cable between two multimedia room. CAT 6 Lan cable and standard T568B for RJ45 connectors were used in the process.

Week 7 & Week 8
The company set up a booth at Sekolah Menengah Sains Sultan Mahmud, Terengganu (SESMA) , Sekolah Menengah Sains Tengku Muhammad Faris Petra, Kelantan and Sekolah Tun Fatimah, Johor (STF) for "Smart School Program". It requires the internship student to guide the teachers, parents and student regarding the usage of Ipad and other informations. An online form was created too so the process of ordering the iPad and accessories easier for parents and teachers.

Week 9 & Week 10
After the iPad ordered from the supplier were received, the company will send the ordered iPad according to the institution and they even provide an Apple Training to the students and teachers. As the internship student, we were required to master the usage of most of the software in the iPad as well as the full information of the iPad. This will be used to guide the students and teachers. The training includes a guide to create a new Apple ID account and how to operate the iPad.

Week 11 & Week 12
Multiple designs of banner for company's products are made. The banner will be used during the booth opened at various school for "Smart School Program" and other events. The design then are send to the superior to be reviewed. Interns are exposed to the usage of different platform to create a design for the banner such as Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint and even online editing website. The best appropriate design will be selected and use for the events. Next, the parents whom ordered iPad and other accessories are updated regarding their purchase status.

Week 13 & Week 14
Attending a training with Kyoritsu's representative to learn more about their clamp meter. A brief explanation were given about the specifications and other details of the clamp meter. This knowledge obtained were then used to carry out a training at Telekom Malaysia, Seksyen 17 Shah Alam regarding the clamp meter supplied there. On the other hand, the company also opened a booth at both Maktab Rendah Sains Mara Taiping and Sekolah Berasrama Penuh Integrasi Gombak in conjuction with MRSM Taiping Carnival day and SBPI Gombak Open Day for teachers, parents and students that have any enquiries and for iPad purchasing.

Week 15 & Week 16
Received an order to search required items in the quotation requested by Telekom Malaysia. The items requested were Rapsberry Pi and other electronic accessories. These items are then obtained by contacting the supplier to confirm the availability and their best offered price. Next, the company's cheque book are then booked at Malayan Bank Berhad (Maybank).
Week 17 & Week 18
Went to SIRIM Berhad located at Section 2, Shah Alam to enquire informations on applying Sirim Permit for imported items. The process of applying the Permit are explained by the staffs. Back at the office, the permit are then applied through online transaction. The process requires complete informations on the items such as the brochure and invoice/pro forma. After declared and approved by Sirim, the permit can be self-printed from the websites. However, creating an account is needed for the websites to apply the Permit.

Week 19 & Week 20
The company had participated in a tender from Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) regarding clamp meter and electrical products, so the internship students were asked to gather informations according to the technical specifications in the tender. Quotations are also prepared according to the needs of the customers'.
